• Description

  These birds have a long, pointed tail and are typically brown/tan coloured with various black spots on the wings. These birds commonly perch on telephone wires and forage on the ground for food.

• Interesting Fact

  When making a nest, the male gathers twigs and needles and passes them to the female who weaves them together. This exercise lasts for days before the nest is complete.
